Miniture Acceptance

Ok thought id throw this out early before I purchase some of my min's.

Testing waters like this will be another great use for this forum.

Ok, bottom line is I want to use Warhammer Dark Elf Witch Elves as Chaos Daemonettes.

Why?

I loved the old Daemonettes and would have had no issue with them. But the new ones are shit. They look all corpse like etc. Very chaos/undead, but in my personal opinion not the evil yet sexy beings they should be.

I am contemplating modelling some cure little horns for them, but at the end of the day I dont want to convert to heavily as I would actually like to have the option of using these mini's in a future Dark Elf army (the best Warhammer mini's in my opinion).

Anyway I thought Id throw it out there with a majority opinion rules.

I personally think it should be fine, its not like im using a Ken doll as a greater daemon, but will defer to the masses.

Fine by me I think a little converting would go a long way but even then, doesn't bother me. As far as the new daemonettes go I think they are good models actually; they look more like daemons than the half-human hybrids of old. All personal pref though, and they are lacking on the booby front - the last ones were a win in that department.

I reckon with some cute little devil horns they will be aaaaaaaaawesome.

Ok for anyone that missed 3rd edition Daemonettes this is what they look like. I cannot believe there are none on ebay!!!!

I would use these at the drop of the hat if I could track any down.

I hated the old uber big claws ones. But these are just awesome in my opinion.

Smells good to me. The nose is the only piece of anatomy lacking. Everything else is very much there! Can't believe they managed to sell those to little kids I love this game!

The whole range. They are great.
